I made some of this deliciousness tonight! It's seriously SO simple...ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS!
A packet of store bought yellow cake mix and half a can of pumpkin mix. (No eggs, no oil, no nothing!)
Mix them together in the mixer for 2 minutes. Pre heat the oven for 350. Put the concoction in a 7x11 baking pan and bake for 28 minutes or until it's cooked all the way through...after it's cooled you can put any kind of icing on it! (I made my own icing with powdered sugar, vanilla, water, and some pumpkiny seasoning like nutmeg and cinnamon.)
Seriously...It's marvelous. I love pumpkin anything...
Next time I'm going to bake a Red Velvet Cake...Maybe for Christmas...Can't wait!

HEY! this looks amazing... mmm... whatcha doing next wednesday? my life group is having a thanksgiving feast, and i wanted to invite you :) you could even bring this delicious cake!! we'll be eating and maybe playing mafia if we have enough people!! yay!!
we do need to have pie again, don't we missy?
i'm leaving town on wednesday. won't be home till probably tuesday. maybe wednesday of next week.
you should come to our second thanksgiving. it's going to be incredible. i just bought a 23 lb. turkey. never cooked one before. i think i can handle that puppy though..:)
anyway. i love you. hope you're enjoying your week off. jeremy's leaving going to SF tonight till tomorrow night if you wanted to cruise over at all-i should be around..
